- All tags and labels must be attached

- Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return

- Package Your Return:
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or a similar secure package.
- Ship Your Return:
Attach the return label and drop off the package at the specified carrier location.
- Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is handled in the following ways:
- Free returns for defective or incorrect items
- $7.99 flat rate return shipping fee for standard returns
- International returns are responsible for return shipping costs
- Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund amount
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Custom or personalized orders
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund:
- Original payment method will be refunded

- Bank processing time: Additional 5-10 business days
